Reducing Business Failure with AI: UX Strategies for Trust and Engagement in E-Learning

Dubai SME Hub is an E-Learning Platform for UAE Nationals in Business Planning and Innovation

This project aimed to create a more intuitive, guided learning experience for Emirati entrepreneurs. We integrated AI to provide personalized learning paths tailored to each user, while being transparent about how AI supports smarter course recommendations and customized support. A major focus was building trust in the AI-driven features, ensuring users felt confident in its benefits. Additionally, we overhauled the backend Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline course management and allow for seamless scalability as the platform grows.
