Summary
Dubai SME Hub is an e-learning platform for UAE nationals focused on business planning and innovation. This project aimed to create a more intuitive, guided learning experience for Emirati entrepreneurs. We integrated AI to provide personalized learning paths tailored to each user, ensuring transparency about how AI supports smarter course recommendations and customized support. A key focus was building trust in the AI-driven features, helping users feel confident in its benefits. Additionally, we overhauled the backend Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline course management and enable seamless scalability as the platform grows.

Users could freely explore courses and enroll only when ready, offering flexibility and confidence. The integrated AI chatbot served as both an academic assistant and a navigation tool, guiding users through course content, answering questions, and helping them find resources. All courses were delivered with AI, adapting in real-time to the learner's progress and needs for a dynamic, personalized experience.
