UX/UI Internal Workflow Standardization Initiative
Streamlined team efficiency and improved work quality by centralizing documents and introducing new design templates in Figma. Restructured files facilitated clearer communication and collaboration, driving higher client satisfaction and paving the way for stronger relationships and future opportunities.
Summary
In this case study, I highlight how my team and I streamlined our design workflow by centralizing assets in Figma and restructuring file organization. As the lead delivering all UX assets, I took charge of creating an intuitive, organized system that improved efficiency, communication, and work quality. This initiative led to more seamless collaboration, faster design processes, and better client satisfaction—all while maintaining a high standard of UX/UI design.

UX/UI Internal Workflow Standardization Initiative
Problem
The team was struggling with scattered documents and assets across various platforms, which hindered collaboration and slowed down the design process. This lack of organization led to inconsistent communication and a fragmented workflow, ultimately affecting the quality and speed of our deliverables.
Challenge
The challenge was to consolidate all of our design documents and assets into one unified platform, ensuring easy access and efficient collaboration. As the lead on the UX portion, my responsibility was to make sure the new system was not only organized but also user-friendly and intuitive. This meant designing a structure that would allow for easy file sharing, quick updates, and clear communication with both the internal team and clients. I needed to ensure that the transition didn’t disrupt the team’s workflow and that the new system was scalable for future projects.
